Is the price inclusive of GST?▾
Yes. Every price shown includes 18% GST. Nothing is added at checkout, and you get a tax invoice from TechAlpha Global Innovations Pvt Ltd immediately after payment.
Do you guarantee a job?▾
No, and anyone who does is selling you something else. We are a skills assessment company. We verify what you can do and put that report in front of employers hiring through VeriqoHire. The hiring decision is theirs.
What exactly is guaranteed?▾
Your verification interviews are guaranteed. Client interviews are guaranteed at a Verification Score of 8 or above. A job, a placement, and any particular score are not.
Can I get a refund?▾
No. Payments are final and plans cannot be cancelled once payment succeeds. You will be asked to read and accept this before you pay, not after.
How long do I have to use the interviews?▾
12 months from purchase. On Premium and Success there is a minimum 7-day gap between interviews, so your report from one can inform the next.
What if I need to change the time?▾
Each interview can be rescheduled twice, and only more than 24 hours before it starts. Inside 24 hours it counts as a missed interview.
Who runs the interview?▾
An independent technical panel, not VeriqoHire staff. The interview is recorded and the panel’s written feedback comes with your report.
When do interviews run?▾
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST. There are no interviews on Saturday or Sunday. Book at least 24 hours ahead, up to 30 days.
